Return Policy

At Rock by GS, we offer a 10-day return window, allowing you to request a return within 3 days of receiving your item.

For a return to be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send the package. Any items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGE AND ISSUES:

Upon receiving your package, please inspect the contents immediately. If you find any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, kindly notify us right away so we can assess the situation and take appropriate action.

EXCHANGES:

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to proceed is by returning the original item. Once the return is processed, you can make a separate purchase for the desired item.

REFUNDS:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll inform you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
